Mark was great he was able to check me in right away and was able to answer all my questions. The price was good as well. However, the service was not so good. I came in at 10:30am and got out at 1:30pm. One hour more than the suggested time for the service. I bought 4 tires and brought tpsm sensors for them to install. I witness them worked on the car… lifted the car up, installed the tires… brought the car down. I thought it was done… the car sat there for a good 45 mins- an hour without anybody working on it… (the technician probably went to lunch)… I finally asked what time it will be done… they said they are about to lift the car up again to do the free alignment check. I refused the service because it already been 3 hours. They installed the sensors but was not able to program it to my cars CPU… they don’t have the correct tool I guess, but at least the installation was free. Two days later, I went to small business tire shop, Harbor Tires and Auto Service, who easily programmed the TPSM sensors. Also, I noticed that the front passenger tire was already flat, the technician looked at it and said that the sensor was installed incorrectly and air was leaking out.

Mark was extremely helpful, and the store manager got me in promptly and took care of everything I needed. Everyone here is always so kind and professional. This is my second time coming to this location. I actually live in Downtown Los Angeles, but I make the drive to Gardena because the service is absolutely impeccable. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want them to get too busy—but people deserve to know where to find great service. I’m confident the management team will continue maintaining the same high standard, even as more customers discover this location. Thanks again for another great experience! When I first entered, I was met by Ernest Secma. He was a nice guy, very personable and easy to speak with and also very hard working. He ended up finding me really good tires at a reasonable price. I wanted to pay around 300 but he found me something that was a little bit higher in price, however he did the best he could to work with my budget. I will plan to go back and get my oil changed in a few weeks. Ernest is a great manager and someone I will go back and do business with. God bless you all.

This was my first visit and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They went over what services they were performing and gave me an eta as to when my vehicle would be finished. Price was fair for the service I received. When my other vehicle needs new tires I will be using them again.

Levi did an amazing job with taking care of our car with speed and efficiency because we have 3 kids. Being a father himself, he knew we were in a bit of a rush. Everyone was very helpful and kind! The place looked very clean and the space was welcoming. I also loved all the purple! Thank you discount tire & service centers in Torrance! We will be back! Levi you’re awesome!!
